The Department of Computer Engineering at the University of Technology organizes a training workshop on the Bologna Process System
On Monday 12/2/2024, the Department of Computer Engineering at the University of Technology organized a training workshop on the Bologna Process System in the department’s discussion hall. The workshop was presented by the Head of the Network Engineering Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Ghaida Mutasher Abdul Sahib, the Head of the Information Engineering Department, Dr. Ahmed Saad Karim, and the Department’s Rapporteur, Dr. Omar Noufal Taher, in the presence of a number of lecturers.
The workshop included a detailed explanation of the Bologna Process system, highlighting the mechanisms for calculating the formative assessment of the theoretical and practical aspects, with a focus on the score required to qualify the student to take the final exam. The mechanism for calculating the summative assessment and its accessories was also presented, with the aim of clarifying the best ways to implement the system and ensure the achievement of the desired educational goals.
This workshop comes as part of the department’s efforts to enhance understanding of the Bologna Process system and keep pace with modern developments in the educational process.
